  Three-Course Dinner Menu    (Recommended for parties of 6 to 36 people)

The Groove Kitchen & Music Room Holiday Dinner Party allows our guests to relax & enjoy the company of friends, family and/or co-workers in a full service environment while the Groove’s Chef prepares the following mouth watering, three course meal.

Appetizer
Cream of Potato & Garlic Soup

Vegetable filled Wontons served with sweet & sour sauce
- or -
Traditional Caesar salad


 

Entrée
(served with mashed potato & fresh vegetables)
 
Chicken breast stuffed with roasted red pepper & cream cheese, poached in a white wine & herb broth

Pan seared pork tenderloin medallions glazed with mandarin oranges and cranberries
- or -
Fillet of Basa, lightly breaded and oven baked with lemon butter and lime juice


 

Desert
Warmed bread pudding with rum caramel sauce

The Groove Kitchen & Music Room Holiday Cocktail Party sets the scene for a mingling environment where our guests are encouraged to walk about and enjoy the company of friends, family and/or co-workers while the Groove serves up the following tasty treats in a full service atmosphere.

Caramelized onion and blue cheese
Spinach and cream cheese
Vegetarian Wontons
Spinach, cream cheese and smoked salmon pinwheels
