| FEATURED PERFORMERS |

TRACENINE
TRACENINE’s intense passion for life and music provides a solid foundation for their distinct heavy-hitting rock sound and their incredibly tight and powerful delivery has earned them the right to play with reputable names like Hedley, State of Shock, Matthew Good, Nazareth, The Salads, Meredith Brooks, Bif Naked, Social Code, Not By Choice, Stabilo, Faber Drive, Out of Your Mouth and Helix.
This Cambridge band creates a groundswell with every opportunity and has risen above the “sex, drugs and rock ’n roll” mentality by combining heavy-rock hooks, with unforgettable melodies and captivating authentic storylines which run the gamut of emotions from justifiable anger to heartbreaking poignancy. T9 is hungry and poised to take the World by storm!

Lucas Stagg
Since releasing his solo debut in 2004, Stagg has seen his audience multiply, and his stock rise through the roof. Three more full-length releases have surfaced in as many years, and somehow each record is stronger than the last. By paying attention to the careers of his heroes and the ears of his audience, Stagg has refined his craft, (and his new band), into the well-oiled machine that has been burning down crowds nightly since the recent release of his self-titled fourth record last month. Stagg is obviously a highly motivated, dedicated writer and performer, but he couldn’t do it all himself.

Erica Knight
“What is life without living” - is explicitly what this folk-pop songstress Erica Knight from Cambridge Ontario channels into her unquestionable songwriting abilities. As a true visionary with an undeniable talent for entwining melody, rhythm and escapism into well-crafted songs her lyrics speak in metaphors connecting life’s moments of love, hurt, growth & healing. Erica’s finger picking style holds her audiences captive by delivering irresistible rhythms; however it is the soothing purity of her voice and natural ability to produce memorable melodies that ultimately prevail. Some compare her sounds to the likes of Kt Tunstall, the folk-rock bounce of Natalie Merchant and at times the country-soul groove of Norah Jones.

West Memphis Suicide
Born in 2007 out of the ashes of previous rock acts Tudisco and The Hang, this Cambridge, Ontario quartet of tattooed, hard-blues playin’,
amplifier assassins are taking these years of musical experiences, and packaging it all together to give listeners a band that they can feel
connected to. To make this happen, WMS take pride in giving audiences a thoroughly bashing, in-your-face, live set of tracks that take on
a Grady-meets-Pantera vibe, all the while not being afraid to cheers beers with listeners once the final note is played |

Spoonful Of Blues
Is a new local Band with a focus on the traditional Chicago sound by artists like Muddy Waters, Paul Butterfield, Howlin’ Wolf, Albert King and BB King etc. After twelve years of not playing at all Aaron Stiver the guitar player started pouring himself back into blues. He contacted his old friend Tom Wells (who hand builds his own drum kits). Tom called up another old friend Garlind Mullin who sang and played harp. (He swears that only after one large cold draft ale are you able to hear all the nuances in the tone of his little 1950’s Gibson amp) They added a great young bass player Justin Laurent and started cooking up some flavourful Chicago Blues.

Josh Gabriel
Josh recently gave up his day job as a photographer in order to tour the country extensively throughout 2008 with his newest solo release titled "Beyond The Stars"
His music is derived from his stories - though relatively a young man he has experienced much; beginning his life in Foster Care, bouncing from behaviour class to home instruction and eventually to a treatment center, before finally settling down into a more refined and calmer nature throughout his teens while living with his biological father and step mother. .
In 2003, Josh and counterpart Jeremy Rice would release Josh's first solo record titled "Sunday Night & Monday Morn." The title track of which was a poem penned by his late father when his two boys were in foster care.
Several tours later, Josh can be found scouring the country telling stories from the road and of his multiple life lessons.
